This applies only to products identified as Commercial Use.

CARDMAKING BUSINESSES, PAPERCRAFTING, & PRINTABLES: You may use my products to create derivative designs in digitally downloadable cardmaking templates, backgrounds, vellums, toppers, pyramage, and decoupage, including placing the original image which has been used in your derivative craft sheet as a discrete, separate element on the craftsheet IF everything is merged into jpg craftsheet. There is no extended license required for this usage.

SCRAPBOOKING, WEB DESIGN, BLOG DESIGN
YOU MAY:
- You may modify images (size, colour, etc.) as necessary.
- You may use the graphics to create items for sale in digital kits provided the kit contains a maximum of 25% of my items and provided the kit is for PU/S4H only. You may not use any of my products to create your own CU4CU products with.
- You may use the graphics for blog design and web design
- You may use the graphics as a 'Teacher Resource' to be used in various teaching mediums including worksheets, displays, slideshows, projects etc.
- You may create freebies using the graphics such as clusters provided that you have created a derivative product that is flattened and not just give away one of my graphics.
- You may offer the graphics in a free scrapbook kit provided you change it in some way eg add it to a frame or used in wordart.

YOU MAY NOT:
- You may not share the graphics with anyone or any group via e-mail or a downloadable link or in any other manner.
- You may not take the graphics and create printable collage sheets with them or sell ready printed collage sheets.
- You may not sell my products as is, they must be incorporated into something eg a scrapbook kit or printable item.
- You may not use these graphics as is in any online collections, CD ROM's, sold or distributed in any way.
- You may not turn the graphics into grey scaled items, tubes or brushes and share them in any way. Please note that greyscale does not refer to photocopying where teachers are concerned as I don't have a problem with that but rather to digital designers converting my graphics to greyscale.
- You may not use the graphics to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works.
- You may not make Digitalized Embroidery designs to resell.
- You may not make Rubber Stamps.
- You may not make Cross stitch kits.
- You may not add them to Software Programs.
